Policies
IN CLUBHOUSE
Reservations are strongly recommended to guarantee a place, especially during the winter season. Christmas week, Presidents week and most weeks in March, space fills up fast. Comic Sans 10 pt normal
A credit card number is required to confirm reservations. Credit card numbers must be given over the phone, Visa, MasterCard and Discovery
Confirmation of a reservation or subsequent cancellation will be made by email.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled by 5pm two (2) days before your scheduled reservation to receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled FOR ANY REASON after 5pm two days before, but before 24 hours will be subject to a $40 charge per child. Cancellations made within 24 hours FOR ANY REASON will be charged for the full time of the reservation. Changes to the time of the reservation may be made up until 24 hours before the scheduled reservation.
Late Policy: If you are more than 20 minutes late, for any reason, and we do not get a call, you will be considered a no show and your reservation may be given away and you will be charged for the full time of your reservation. Your reservation will be charged from the time it is scheduled to start regardless of the reason you are late.
Payment is expected at the time of service, we accept cash, in state checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discovery.
IN HOME
Please make reservations as far in advance as possible.
4 hour minimum. You will be billed for at least 4 hours or the actual duration of the job, whichever is greater. Fees are charged in 15 minute increments.
24 hour cancellation. If you cancel your reservation with less than 24 hours notice, for any reason, you will be charged the 4 hour minimum. This is to guarantee retention of our great sitters.
A $25 deposit is due when you request a reservation. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE/NON - TRANSFERABLE. This deposit will be credited towards your reservation, but will be forfeited to the company if you cancel at any time, for any reason.
All reservations and cancellations must be processed through The Clubhouse not your individual sitter.
You will be charged for your sitter's parking fees and extracurricular activities, if applicable.
The Clubhouse will charge your credit card, Visa, Master Card or Discover $10 an hour for each hour of your job ($8 in the summer). The balance is due to the sitter at the end of each day/night, by cash or check.
Gratuities are not included in the charges.
